 - You acknowledge and agree that you must be of legal age to purchase any of our products or services available on this Website or otherwise.
 - By placing an order and/or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. You are also agreeing to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Visionary Book Publishers.
 
DEFINITION OF TERMS
"Website" refers to all online content on the Visionary Book Publishers website pages.
"Customer," "You," "Yours" " refers to you and/or any other person submitting an order to Visionary Book Publishers on your behalf.
"Company," "We," "Our" refers to Visionary Book Publishers, a company registered under the laws of the State.
"Product or Services" refers to all services and products provided by Visionary Book Publishers to the customer by his/her order.
"Order"refers to an order via phone or e-mail made by the customer to purchase services or products provided by Visionary Book Publishers. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.
OUR SERVICES
It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policy to have full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by the Visionary Book Publishers Policy. You must read these Terms and Conditions before submitting any Order and/or payment to this Website. Please take note of the following policies:
RETURNS
We do not accept returns for fulfilled orders because of the customised nature of our products. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If the fulfilled product does not meet the specified requirements at the time of order, we will conduct an internal review and either revise or recreate the content at no additional cost.
REVISIONS
Each service package has its revision policy, as outlined in the service description. Revisions are provided within 5 to 10 days after the order enters the "Waiting for Customer Approval" status. The specific revision period depends on the ordered package. After the product has been presented for review, customers can request revisions by contacting their assigned Project Manager to ensure that the original requirements have been met. Customers are welcome to make changes to the content after the order has been fulfilled and before publishing, as the content is delivered in a Word format and they own the rights to it.
REFUND POLICY
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis and strive to meet customer needs. Refunds will be considered in special cases, such as exceptional reasons or for orders that have not yet been allocated or started at the time of the refund request. Refunds, if processed, will take between 5 to 15 days to reflect on the customer’s end. A processing fee of USD 250 or 5% of the order amount (whichever is higher) will be charged in all cases. The approval for the refund request will be provided by the support team and will be made through the original payment method used at the time of order placement. A notification of refund will be sent to the email used at the time of checkout.
CHANGE OF MIND:
- a) Before Project Initiation: A 100% refund can be provided if the customer changes their mind before the writers/editors start working.
 - b) After Project Progress: A partial refund may be provided if the client decides to discontinue the project after the project has been initiated and at least one round of revision has been availed.
 
INCOMPETENT DELIVERY:
After the work is delivered, customers can request a refund if they have tried all available options listed below:
- • ● If the work does not meet the project requirements as specified by the customer.
 - • ● We are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions to ensure the delivery meets expectations. If needed, we will reassign and rewrite the work to ensure satisfaction. Customers can also reserve free pages for future use, of the same value, and redeem them at any time. If we are still unable to deliver the requested work, a refund will be processed based on mutual agreement on a set percentage, but only if the delivery completely misses the mark.
 
LATE DELIVERY:
We strive for "On Time Delivery" If we fail to deliver the requested service on time for any reason, a refund will be processed after at least three unsuccessful attempts to contact us. We will require documentary evidence to establish that the late delivery was the company's fault.
REFUND TIME FRAME:
Refunds must be requested within 10 days of the initial submission or order delivery, provided that no revisions have been made. Refund requests submitted after this time frame will not be considered. Customers should take note of the refund claim deadline at the time of placing the order.
CASES WHERE REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED:
- • ● In the case of late delivery due to minor technical errors such as grammatical, typing, word count, or missing references, refunds will be processed based on mutual agreement, and the company will only provide a partial refund or offer discounts for future purchases.
 - • ● The company will not be responsible for any delays caused by the client.
 - • ● No refund will be issued based on a low word count.
 
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes in pricing, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
